A Piece of My Heart, And Why I Do What I Do.
Born into the chaos of intergenerational trauma, poverty, addiction, violence, and abuse, my early life felt like a storm I could not escape. I lived in a haze of dissociation and anxiety, seeking escape in unhealthy ways. My pursuit of external validation led me from one chaos to another, leaving me disconnected from myself and the world around me.
Everything changed when my world came crashing down with my husband’s incarceration. A life sentence forced me into a brutal reckoning with grief and human suffering—my own and that of others. Navigating the prison system became an apprenticeship with pain, exposing me to the devastating impact of systemic, collective, and generational trauma. This experience ignited a fire within me—a relentless drive to heal, to help others heal, and to dismantle the systems that perpetuate harm.
That fire has burned brightly for nearly 20 years and continues to fuel everything I do.
Through this crucible, I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing. I immersed myself in somatic experiencing, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, herbalism, and spiritual practices. Guided by ancient traditions and the wisdom of plant medicines, I found tools that helped me rebuild my life and reconnect with my true self.
My healing journey has redefined my understanding of wealth, freedom, and success. True wealth, as I now see it, is measured not by monetary belongings but by the abundance of beauty, peace, and purpose that we cultivate within and around us. It is the freedom to live authentically, untethered from the constraints of capitalism’s relentless demands, and the grace to align our lives with what truly matters.
My years in the nonprofit sector deepened my commitment to social justice and equity. I worked to support marginalized communities and survivors of gender-based violence while advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. These experiences illuminated not only the importance of purpose-driven work but also the need to develop sustainable practices for myself and those I serve.
As I transitioned into consulting, I embraced the opportunity to expand my entrepreneurial skill set and create a career aligned with my values. This shift provided financial stability and empowered me to build a foundation for long-term growth, allowing me to amplify my impact. Through this evolution, I’ve learned to navigate the intersection of purpose and business with confidence, continually refining how I bring my work into the world.
A health crisis, including breast implant illness, became a powerful portal for transformation. Choosing a mastectomy and explant surgery was a profound act of reclamation, redefining my relationship with beauty, worth, and authenticity. This pivotal experience deepened my commitment to living in alignment with my truth and challenging systems that profit from vulnerability.
These experiences have shaped the heart of my work today.
At the crossroads of healing, advocacy, education, and business, I bring a multifaceted approach to my work. From somatic experiencing and yoga therapy to integration guidance and retreat facilitation, I focus on creating safe, transformative spaces for growth. I support women through the deeply personal journeys of mastectomy and explant, mentor leaders, and consult with purpose-driven businesses.
My mission is clear: to help individuals reclaim their bodies, minds, and spirits and to collectively reimagine what’s possible. I believe healing is a radical act of sovereignty, and in doing so, we not only transform ourselves but contribute to the healing of our communities and the planet.
This work is not just my profession; it’s my life’s calling.
It saved me. My journey through the messy depths has shown me that it is precisely in those dark and complex places where we rediscover our most beautiful, lost parts.
I believe our nervous systems echo the heartbeat of the planet. Healing personal wounds doesn’t just break generational cycles; it ripples outward, contributing to collective and planetary healing.
Today, my canvas is the human embodied: the dark, complex, and beautifully bright spaces where healing, growth, and transformation unfold. My work honors the mind, nourishes the body, and provides space for spiritual exploration and awakening consciousness.
With compassion and a no-nonsense approach, I create spaces for connection and conversations that remind us we’re not alone—that we are full of possibility and part of the solution.
There’s nothing I care more deeply about than helping others reclaim their power, heal their wounds, and step fully into the lives they’re meant to live.
This is the wealth I aim to cultivate and share—a wealth of beauty, peace, and abundance rooted in purpose and connection. This is the freedom I wish for myself and for all of us: the freedom to thrive in authenticity, untethered by systems that measure our worth in dollars and productivity.

For me, trauma work is sacred work.
Sacred because it is in a truly safe and loving, soul-to-soul relationship that healing and nervous system repatterning can happen. And that is a something you cannot fake.
Sacred because it is such a privilege to be let into the mysteries of someone’s inner world, to watch them unearth the hidden treasures inside themselves.
Sacred because this isn’t just about healing individually - this is about healing ourselves so that we can help heal our world.
We are living in a time of crisis. My Soul’s purpose is to help women heal from trauma, so that there are more empowered, resilient, regulated women to lead us in regulating our planet.
